John graduated from George Mason University and is now a certified personal trainer.
John has taken a huge interest in athletic development through strength training and conditioning with an emphasis on proper nutrition for improved overall sports performance. Over the last several years his physical and mental health has become a huge priority. He's gained a great deal of knowledge through his experiences and is very excited to share it with Nex-Gen Performance's athletes.
